Remote (Toronto or GTA preferred) Approximately 5 hours/week @ $20/hour (Independent Contractor) flexible hours!!

I'm looking for a reliable, organized, and creative Studio & Personal Assistant to support my growing art and writing practice!!

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys wearing many hats, is excited about contemporary art and creative entrepreneurship, and wants to help bring projects from idea to reality.

Responsibilities are:

• Administrative support and organization

• Program and event coordination

• Video editing (YouTube, Instagram, TikTok)

• Editing articles, essays, newsletters, and written content

• Social media scheduling and content support

• Studio organization and production assistance

• Research, outreach, and occasional project management

• General support for exhibitions, workshops, and creative projects

You'd be a great fit if you:

• Are organized and proactive

• Have experience with social media and content creation

• Have basic video editing skills (CapCut, Premiere Pro, Final Cut, or similar)

• Enjoy writing or editing

• Are interested in visual art, creativity, and community-building

• Can work independently and communicate clearly

• Live in Toronto or the GTA

This is a flexible, part-time contract position with room to grow alongside my practice. The majority of the work can be completed remotely, with occasional in-person meetings or studio sessions as projects require (rare!!!).
